Facilities

The 30,000 sq. ft. facility is built to international standards using state-of-the art machinery imported from around the world. The conditions maintained on the production floor - <24C, 50% relative humidity, continuous positive air pressure, and class C Hepa filtration - are the same as in a pharmaceutical factory. We are among the few companies in Bangladesh to produce food in such a controlled and hygienic environment.

LABORATORY

We maintain two world-class chemical and microbiological laboratories on site, where we are capable of conducting more than 25 different tests for food safety, quality, research, and development. We test each and every batch of finished goods and consignment of raw materials, and regularly test our machinery for performance, safety, and calibration.

INGREDIENTS

All materials are sourced from the most reputable producers, processors, and traders in Bangladesh, and each consignment received is screened for adherence to strict chemical, physical, microbiological, and organoleptic standards. Micronutrient premixes are designed specifically to meet the needs of our customers, and are directly imported from the world's largest producers of vitamins and minerals.
