Self acceptance means accepting yourself fully for the person you are. True self acceptance therefore comes from an acceptance of the things you like about yourself, and the things you don’t.  This creates lasting change.

What Sue Relihan Believes In

I initially found my calling in 1996 when I went to massage therapy school and worked as a part-time massage therapist. It wasn’t until my retirement from law enforcement in 2010 that I dedicated my life to my own healing and helping others find their own healing journey.  

Prior to starting my business, I had a 26-year career as a civilian manager in law enforcement specializing in staff inspections. While I was very successful, I knew I hadn’t found my true calling.

Though I help people of all ages become more self-confident and self-compassionate and lead the life of their dreams, folks age 45 and up are especially attracted to working with me.

My clients include individuals in career and/or relationship transition, people seeking self-development and/or advancement, job seekers, people healing from grief and more.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and Coaching to turbo boost transformations.

In 2016, I released my book Metamorphosis – One Woman’s Journey to Find Serenity & Empowerment, a memoir detailing how I began my own transformation journey.  

With my guidance, my clients have:
