I’m rather addicted to how lovely, graceful, and inherently elven these leaves are~


I stumbled upon a wall of these glorious elven leaves while visiting the Viriditas farm in Days Creek, Oregon.  It was as though I had stepped into a little piece of Rivendell.  I hope someday to grow my own collection of these beauties.

The leaf is completely handmade with fine silver.  This chain is a thicker and heavier version of my usual favorite sterling chain.  The necklace closes with a small lobster-claw-styled clasp.  There are no jump rings or weaknesses in the chain, it is all very sturdily wrapped together with wire.


The leaf itself is one of my largest, 41 mm across at its widest, and 44 mm long.
(about 1 5/8" across at its widest, and almost 1 3/4" long)
The necklace chain will be made to your desired length.   When worn, it hangs a little higher than this due to the shape of the leaf. 


~Fine silver jewelry is 99.9% pure silver (not 92.5% sterling silver), containing eco-friendly recycled silver, mostly from old electronics. I make my own molds or press a leaf directly into the silver clay, each one is unique. I form and cut, file, sand, and polish every piece by hand, then tumble it for strength and extra shine.
All other metal used is sterling silver, oxidized and lightly polished like an antiqued heirloom treasure if you so choose.
