Native to the South American rainforest, this plant loves high humidity and damp soil. As it grows underneath the canopy of the rainforest it does not require too much light and would be happy in a bright room, with no direct sunlight. NOTE: All prices currently in USD! Shipping Policy
All of our plants are currently shipped bare root, this saves cost and prevents soil exchange between provinces! Please choose the shipping option that makes you most comfortable about the safety of your plants based on your location. If you have any questions, please feel free to send us a message and we will help you choose the best shipping option for you! We only ship within Canada at this time. NOTE: All prices currently in USD! Please be aware when ordering that the total amount will be subject to the exchange rate charged by your credit card company!


Shipping Options
5-day - $3 per item - NL ONLY - Typically up to 5 business days (This is only for plants that will fit in a bubble mailer to be shipped regular post in province!)
Ground - $15 - Typically 3-7 business days (This is using a Flat Rate Box from Canada Post, 7 days to Ontario, if you live further west I suggest using 3-day!)
3-Day - $20 - Typically up to 3 business days (Please allow for 5 business days if you're located in BC, AB, SK or MB!)
In-Store Pickup: As we do not have a physical storefront, these will be local pickups in Paradise, NL. We will get in touch with you via email regarding pickup times. If you choose this option and have not heard from us in 3 business days regarding pickup, please check your junk mail and then send us an email or message on social media! 
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns at this time. We take all possible steps to ensure your plant arrives to you in good condition, but we cannot control what happens once they leave us! That being said, if your plant arrives dead or damaged, please let us know and include a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order. Such things will be dealt with on a case by case basis! 


Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a message as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the order from being processed and shipped. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.


Privacy Policy
All orders will be paid for through Stripe, and information given during that process is covered under their privacy policy! Any personal information received by Potted Plants in Paradise will always remain confidential.
