This 4-part workshop series meets once a week for four weeks and is facilitated by ShaRon Rea, Family Communication and Relationships Coach.. Classes are delivered live over a private online Zoom video conference call. 

Participants learn to be more conscious parents, with greater understanding of their teen’s development, moods and emerging personalities. Parents gain the ability to prevent problems and power struggles before they escalate, 
by keeping the lines of communication open with common vocabulary for more successful conversations. Families will triumph through enhanced bonds with their teens where everyone can feel safe, loved and accepted.
Choose one hour private sessions (1 or 2 adults) or ask me about group sessions (up to 8 adults).
