The bail ring is 4.5 mm for larger pieces, or 4 for smaller pieces, if you prefer.
4.5 mm should accommodate any chain, 4 mm will accommodate most, but maybe not all chains.
The bail rings shown in the example photos are all 4.5 mm.


I will create your custom piece for you from scratch to optimize the quality of the finished piece. This may take up to a week or week and a half.

Shipping Policy
I try to ship your order within 1-2 business days.  Some customized items may take a little more time.
Please message me if you have any shipping time concerns!
My shipping materials are recycled and/or reused, and potentially reusable.
Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days of your having received the item, if in new condition, with a $10 restocking fee.

Shipping Options
I ship USPS First Class with tracking and Insurance.  You may choose to purchase additional shipping services.


Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery, and ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.


Cancellation
Accepted if the order has not been shipped.
