Hemp hearts are hemp seeds without the hulls. They have a mild, nutty flavor and can be eaten raw or added to a wide variety of foods. Hemp hearts are a nutritious food source, providing 10 grams of protein per serving with a perfect balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6. They are high in Potassium, Iron, Manganese and Magnesium - a true superfood!  
Includes recipes! Available in jars or compostable pouches. For lower shipping costs, we recommend the pouches. The jars do make great gifts and are reusable. Labels are compostable sugarcane paper. Recipe booklets are printed on tree-free hemp paper.
