SHIPPING TIME?

We are currently offering free shipping for all U.S. residents within the intercontinental USA.  Since we are covering shipping costs, we will send the cheapest option available, which is typically ground. You can always upgrade your shipping method at checkout. 

All orders ship out within 48-72 hours, unless otherwise noted (away on a mini vaca and left shop open, etc). Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse here in NY.  

RETURNS

You must contact us within 7 days of your package being received with any issues.

We do not accept returns due to mind changes or not fully reading a description.

All returns packages must be received within 20 days of the date your order shipped from us. 

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or you can receive a gift card to your email for store credit!

We do not have an "exchange" process - simply return your item and place a new order for the alternate item. We will refund for the original order as appropriate (see below).

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (these items will also be noted in their description if they are not able to be returned)

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error and/or something else happened during shipping. If we messed up, we take FULL RESPONSIBILITY! We are not held responsible if a customer enters incorrect shipping information.  We will fully be there to help you correct this, however the customer will be responsible for any additional fees a carrier may add on for such errors. 

Non-Refundable Items

Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.

Returns received in used, damaged or worn condition.

Any special offers where terms state that sale is final.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED/SHIP ITEMS FROM?

We ship all items ourself and design all items.  We are located in Upstate, NY and all orders ship from us here in NY :) You will not be waiting for anything overseas. 

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ITEMS?

Sorry no we do not.  All of our items are designed by us and then created in semi large quantities.  We do not have the man (or woman) power to take on custom order requests currently. 

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

Yes we do! We are on wholesale platforms and sell wholesale directly on our site.  If you are a business interested in wholesale, feel free to contact us about this.  We have a low MOQ, but you must be a registered business to purchase wholesale for tax reasons.
