Bean Origin: Central America & Indonesia
These beans are sourced from farms in Central America and Indonesia. This blend is designed especially for milk-based drinks and other types of coffee drinks commonly found at coffee shops. As a straight espresso, this is a medium-bodied, crisp, toasty, with dark chocolate and rich, low-key fruit. In milk, sweetens and deepens with lush milk chocolate and caramel tones and muted but balancing undercurrents of tartly rich citrus.
All of our beans are ethically-sourced, Fair Trade and organically certified, and support the lives of the coffee farmers around the world. We craft roast each small batch of coffee in Dummerston, Vermont, USA on a fluid air bed roaster, which brings out the best in each bean.
