This golden tonic, traditionally known as Haldi Doodh, is an Ayurvedic elixir, balancing to all doshas. Turmeric combines with chai spices to reduce excess heat in the body & promote healthy digestion while adaptogenic Ashwagandha & Shatavari rejuvenate the body & ease its response to daily stress.
HOW TO USE
Stir 1-2 tsp into 8oz of your favorite warm milk. Add ghee, coconut oil &/or sweetener to desired taste.
*Please note: Traditionally, Golden Milk is prepared with fresh, whole cow’s milk as Ayurveda believes this to be best for building ojas or your physical & subtle immunity.
