Natural hemorrhoid & postpartum peritoneal area symptomatic relief with organic herbs, beeswax, and extra virgin olive oil using Mullein leaf & flower, Elder flower, Yarrow flower & leaf, White Oak Bark, Witch Hazel, Calendula flowers, Chamomile flower, and organic essential oils of Lavender, Tea Tree and Spearmint. You will receive 1 ounce of soothing Hemorrhoid Relief Salve in a PET recyclable/reusable jar. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To use this salve, apply a small amount several times a day or as needed to rectal area several times a day particularly after bowel movements. **Results are not guaranteed. Shipping Policy
-We normally ship all orders for ready to ship products within 5-7 business days after payment has been finalized. Custom made to order products are shipped as soon as they are completed.
Domestic shipping
-We ship either First Class via USPS for orders under 16 ounces or Priority USPS for orders over 16 ounces.-Shipping addresses within the U.S. should receive their order within 3-10 business days after it is mailed but once shipped, we have no control over how long it takes for your order to reach you.
-Immediately upon shipping you will receive an email letting you know your purchase has been shipped.
-You will be able to track your order so you will know exactly when it will arrive at your door.
-We do combine shipping on orders of multiple items to a single address and will refund overages on estimated shipping costs.
International shipping
-We happily support and love our international customers. We ship all International products through USPS Priority International.
-Due to COVID-19, international shipments may take longer to arrive. This is beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
-Hummingbird Herb and Soap Co and Hummingbird Soap Co is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during the importation of your package.
Shipping cost calculations
-We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $40.
* We offer free international shipping on all orders over $150.
Shipping Timeline
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 7-10 days to be handmade prior to shipping.
REFUSED, RETURNED PACKAGES
-Returned packages due to insufficient address will be given the opportunity to pay for the item to be shipped again. If you do not reply or pay within 7 days, you will receive a refund as stated above in our return policy.
-Items marked Return to Sender or refusal to pay customs fees are considered to be forced returns and will not be refunded.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
-If for any reason your order arrives broken please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will come to a solution.
-We may request photographs of damaged products and damaged packaging to process a claim with the shipper and for insurance purposes.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in the mail:
*First ask neighbors and other household members if they may have received the package
*Contact your post office with the tracking number you received when you placed your order.
*If neither of the above suggestions locates your package, contact us and we will also help to locate the package.-Lost packages due to insufficient address or forwarding address are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Hummingbird Herb and Soap Co makes every attempt to verify an address prior to shipping but we are not responsible for losses if your address is incorrectly entered into your order form.
Returns & Exchanges-All salts, teas, steams, soap, lotion, salve, shampoo, incense, and herbal kits cannot be returned for health reasons.
-Incense burners, blessing balls, and bottles are returnable.
-Contact me within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return an item prior to returning it.
-Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
Conditions of return
-Returns must be made in the original shipping container, with its bubble wrap and packing material, so that the items will arrive undamaged.
-Return Shipping Fees are to be paid for by the buyer.
-If the returned item is not in its original condition when we receive it, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
-We may request photographs of damaged products and damaged packaging to process a claim with the shipper and for insurance purposes.
-To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition; is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
