Shipping rates are set up individually by each business owner. Rates are typically determined by the destination address and the size and weight of the item purchased. Business owners decide whether or not they want to ship internationally. Check a shop's Shipping Instructions tab for more information.
This is up to the registered business. Currently, Mindful Market ships within the United States. However, international customers can contact the shop owner and ask them to quote international shipping rates based on the final destination.
In general, each business owner on Mindful Market sets their own policies regarding returns and refunds. These policies should be displayed in each seller's Store Policies tab in their business page. However, in the event that there is a problem with an order, the first step is to always contact the seller directly. If a business fails to send an item, or you feel the item is counterfeit and want a return, be sure to visit Stripe within 7-21 days and file a dispute. In addition, visit the business' page in Mindful Market, click the Report link and list as much information about the transaction as possible and we will do our best to investigate.

Mindful Market is a marketplace built with integrity. We hope that in the event an issue evolves, the buyer and seller can work it out amicably. In the event a resolution can’t be found, the buyer (and seller, in some instances) can email email@example.com. We will do our best to help find a solution as quickly as possible. If a seller is reported for a serious offence, or for several minor instances, we reserve the right to close his/her shop to maintain our commitment to building an ethical and fair community.
