Jin Xuan tea (Milk Oolong) is grown on Tai Hua Mountain in Anxi county of Fujian. Taiwanese Jin Xuan varietal tea growing at an altitude of 1100 meters is expertly hand-picked and processed in the traditional method. The tea is lightly roasted to bring out its milk fragrance (nai xiang) and then steamed in milk to enhance the milk flavor further. Very aromatic tea with a subtle but lasting taste. This Milk Oolong tea is Fujian grown Taiwan varietal. Not Vegan! This tea may contain milk products, so anyone who is lactose intolerant should not buy this tea. We always use environmentally friendly packaging of our teas. We never use candy, sugar, or flavorings in our teas. Suggested Steeping: 8 ounces of water 195 F 1 teaspoon 3-4 minutes
