Arnica is a bright yellow flower in the daisy family from Europe and is used to treat pain, inflammation, swelling, soreness, arthritis, and help prevent bruising.

Menthol has a cooling effect on sore, achy muscles. It also has analgesic, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Maracuja oil is extracted from the passionflower plant and is highly anti-inflammatory, providing relief for achy, sore muscles, and joints.

Turmeric root is grown in India and is fantastic for pain, stiffness, and inflammation associated with arthritis.
