This is a great relaxing tea at the end of a stressful day. Each sip feels like you are warming your soul. Assam as the tea base pairs well with elderberry and cloves. Elderberry and cloves complement each other. This is very much a cooler weather tea though of course can be drunk year-round. The black tea and elderberry are the first things you taste with the light clove reaching the palate at the very end and not too overpowering. This tea is a hug you can give yourself. We always use environmentally friendly packaging of our teas. We never use candy, sugar, or flavorings in our teas. Steeping Suggestions: 8 oz water 1 tsp. 212 F 4 - 5 minutes
