Pu-erh tea is ancient Chinese aged tea like a fine wine it gets better with age. This pu-erh is an organic and fair trade tea. It is robust with sweet notes of dark mocha and a great substitute for people weaning from coffee or like a more robust type of tea. Like most teas, it has less caffeine than coffee and less likely to get the jitters. You can comfortably get around 5-6 infusions if you follow steeping suggestions from this tea with up to 20 if you are lucky. We always use environmentally friendly packaging of our teas. We never use candy, sugar, or flavorings in our teas. Suggested Steeping: 8 ounces of water 1 piece 212°F 3-4 minutes
