Each package is enough for at least 3 or 4 dishes - 12 servings, and recipe cards for each blend with some vegan options are included. All our spice mixes are vegan friendly, with no fillers or preservatives. All natural, certified organic ingredients, with sea salt or natural Himalayan pink salt. Standard US shipping is small packet air, usually 5-10 business days -No tracking, but very dependable. Tracked packet air is an additional $5.00, same delivery times. The shipping in Canada is Expedited parcel, which is usually a 1-3 business day delivery, depending on where you are located, and includes tracking.
