Hip is 40" made in USA by Designer Anna Herman , Hermans Eco . Its a soft thick plush cotton twill. Pre washed . Machine wash and dry . Has a made in USA tag and an Anna Herman Label . While this is the only one in this fabric I have the design in a few sizes and other fabrics. We shop fast free and plastic free.
