All orders have calculated shipping rates at the checkout.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 1-4 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
All Is One Gifts is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 10-day return policy for online and in-store orders, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns within 30 days will be accepted for store credit with proof of purchase (receipt).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on sale items, gift cards, services and classes.
Candles that have been burned cannot be returned.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
