Custom and personalized orders

I love creating something just for you! Each custom order will have a 2-5 week turnaround time. The larger the order, the longer it will take. Turnaround time will be discussed before hand as each order can vary. A $10 per yard custom fee for fabric that needs to be ordered. No refunds or returns on custom orders.

Property rights

Remiusables reserves the right to reproduce custom made items. We also reserve the right to photograph all items we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples inside our listings. All photos of completed work are the property of Remiusables and cannot be used without our permission.

How long will it take to sew my products?

Processing time can be found in the shop announcement. Processing time is the time needed for me to finish all orders before yours, sew your order and ship it out. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Do unpaper towels without snaps stay together on a roll?

Flannel does stick to itself. If you're looking for a more secure option snaps may be for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations will be given for non custom orders within 24 hours of purchase but not after.

Why was my order cancelled?

Remiusables reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at any given time. Please see email that etsy sent for further reasoning.

Restocking Policy

Remiusables will collect a 25% restocking fee for cancellations over 24 hours. If your order totaled to $10 your restocking fee would be $2.50, Orders over $100 are not able to be cancelled. Once a shipping label has been created, no cancellation will be given.

Rescheduling ship by dates.

Remiusables reserves the right to shorten or extend the ship by date. I will send correspondence letting you know why this change had occurred. If this doesn't suit and materials haven't been purchased, we can discuss cancelling your order.
