Shipping Policy - We provide free standard shipping within the United States.  You can expect to receive the product within a reasonable time.



Shipping Options - At this time, we can only ship within the US by standard service. There is no expedited shipping service available at this time.



Returns & Exchanges - If the bottle is tampered with like broken outer or inner seal, or a damaged bottle,  please send it back to us after talking to our customer service. Our QC team will examine the product based on your feedback and send you a replacement product if it finds the product unfit for use. Please make sure to return the product with in one month of purchase.



Cancellation - The issue of cancellation will be considered on a case by case basis. If you decide to cancel the order, please call our customer service for direction.



Privacy Policy - We treat customer privacy very seriously and do not share the information with any third party. We store all customer information in our database and use it for communicating with our customer.
