Shipping Policy
We require shoppers pay shipping on all items purchased except for special gift items or sales.  Our items are shipped within 48 hours of ordering and customers will be provided with tracking numbers even on first class items.

Shipping Options
We generally use first class USPS shipping for items collectively under 1 pound, and then use parcel post or Priority mail for items collectively over 1 pound.  For some locations UPS is also utilized.  We cannot ship to Canada, Central or South America or Europe due to custom restrictions on herbal products.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your herb items, we do not require the return of unsatisfactory items, but can and will replace or exchange any item that does not meet our high standards.

Cancellation

Cancellation within 24 hours is allowed, no cancellation will be allowed after the items has been shipped.
