How to write the best FAQ's
Make sure your questions are real.
The best way to ensure that your FAQ's are relevant and helpful for your customers is to have them made up of real questions that you have been asked about your products and services. Use your FAQ's as an opportunity to reassure, clarify and connect with your customers. If similar questions are asked often, call them out in your FAQ and make sure you provide clear and concise answers.
Keep your FAQ's up to date
Every now and then come back to your FAQ's and update them. Your FAQ section is a living document that should reflect the current most commonly asked questions about your products and services. Keep your FAQ's relevant and stay on top of what matters most to your customers.
Be short and sweet.
Keep the answers to your questions as well as the number of questions listed on your FAQ as concise as you can so that your customers can find the information they are looking for quickly and easily.
Stay on brand and use the language of your customers
Your customers shop with you because they love your product and your business. In order for your FAQ's to be successful, make sure they also speak to your customers in a way that they can understand and relate to. Always keep your brand and audience in mind when writing and answering questions.
