Our dark chocolate is 85% cacao **This is a seasonal flavor only available throughout the holiday season SHELF LIFE: Our 'Best by' date is approximately 2 months, stored under refrigeration after they are received. Chocolate truffles taste best when fresh. Always bring to room temperature at least an hour before enjoying. For longer freshness, we recommend freezing.
