Our dark chocolate is 85% cacao SHELF LIFE: Our 'Best by' date is approximately 2 months, stored under refrigeration after they are received. Chocolate truffles taste best when fresh. Always bring to room temperature at least an hour before enjoying. For longer freshness, we recommend freezing. Bring to room temperature before enjoying the treats! DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER: Please remember that chocolate is sensitive to heat. If your delivery is being made to a warm climate, have your product delivered to an address where it will NOT be left outside. If the product must be left outside, it is advisable to have a cooler with a note for the delivery person to place the product inside the cooler.
