Shipping Policy

All items ship within 3-5 business days. During Peak Holiday Season, items can take up to 10 business days to ship. All items are shipped via First Class unless over $50. Tracking is provided, insurance is NOT unless over $50. To purchase additional insurance please message us with order #.

We ship via USPS or UPS. 




Returns & Exchanges

All Sales are FINAL. We do not accept cancellations on orders. We do accept returns of candles ONLY within 5 business days of receiving. Must email us first. We will NOT refund shipping charges and you must ship back at your own expense. Item must be in mint condition. Once arrived back, we will refund in original form of payment within 48 hours.
