Your dog's overprotective ulna bone tries to protect the bony part of the elbow that hits the ground first. With every landing on a hard surface the ulna tells the skin to get thicker and thicker and pretty soon there is a callus. Our large/giant breed dogs (not fat shaming) put more force/weight into their landing, which multiplies the effects. It's a vicious callus creating cycle! 

What Can Be Done About Dog Elbow Calluses?

Elbow Butter is our conditioning moisturizer that deeply penetrates the callus and softens and soothes it. We cannot guarantee Blissful Dog Elbow Butter will remove your pet’s callus, grow hair back and have them bring you the remote. We CAN promise it will moisturize and condition the calluses. We have a lot of testimonials sharing how Blissful Dog Elbow Butter helped remove the callus and the hair grew back, but we're keeping expectations real.

The Blissful Dog Elbow Butter is non-toxic, contains no active ingredients and will not harm your dog if they lick or eat some. But it needs to be absorbed to work, so distract your dog after application (treats, feed dinner, go for a walk). FYI: Blissful Dog Elbow Butter is VERY thick and dense to penetrate and condition the thick callus tissue. A fluffy cream would not be an effective dog callus treatment.

What To Do If Tracking Says Package Was Delivered & You Don't Have It
• Don't despair! We have options!
• First - Check with neighbors, family, door person, etc
• Sometimes packages are marked as scanned, before the driver leaves and they don't get them all delivered. Give it another 1-2 days.
• This really works. Print tracking info out, leave in in your mailbox with a note asking for their help. Get them on your side!
• If you have no luck with these steps, contact us.

IF, heaven forbid, you are unhappy, contact us first. Let’s figure out what it will take to make you happy and take it from there. I had a mini panic attack just thinking about anyone being unhappy with our products. Give us the chance to regain your confidence and business.
Bottom Line - we accept returns, exchanges, we will work with you. We will not leave you upset, if at all possible. We do ask that you give us a chance to make it right. 
We're required to have specific times etc. So, we offer an unlimited 90 day return policy. Just contact us and we'll fix it, if humanely possible.
