Shipping Policy > We ship In-Stock & Ready items within 3 to 5 days of receiving payment. >> Made-to-Order items have a processing (production) time of 2 to 3 weeks, typically, sometimes less. >> We use USPS as our preferred carrier -- we ship either priority mail, first class, or parcel post -- depending on the item and on the order indication. We also use Fed-Ex ground service occasionally. We are NOT responsible for lost or delayed packages/shipments.

Shipping Options > PROCESSING TIMES FOR IN-STOCK & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS VARY. > 'Made-to-Order' items have a processing - production time of 2 to 3 weeks on average, sometimes less - they are always indicated in each listing. *I encourage questions PRIOR to placing your order. If you require an item very quickly or by a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, as well as give you the additional expedited shipping cost. *NOTE: We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN or DELAYED packages, this is beyond our control. However I will do my best to help you in whatever way I am able. *Domestic orders are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail, as well as Parcel Post ground service, which includes a tracking number. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and have very limited tracking. Once a package leaves the USA, we have no way to track it. Often there are delays at customs in various places, and sometimes packages take longer to arrive. Please be aware of this information. Thank You

We describe colors and fabrics in as much detail as we can, because monitor settings can vary. AND I am happy to answer any additional questions BEFORE you decide to purchase. I will ONLY refund the purchase price of the item (within 7 days of receipt). >> If I have grossly misrepresented an item, or you have received the wrong item, or you have received a damaged item. *SALE items & Made-To-Order items are always final unless otherwise agreed upon. *I encourage you to ASK questions first, rather than buy the wrong thing! Cancellation > You have 24 hours to cancel an order, after which it is too late. Once we have begun to process your order, cancellation is no longer an option.
