Growing up, I was given the belief that my work life and my spiritual life were supposed to be disconnected. Work was to make money, and spirituality was for external fulfillment after I retire. So, in order to try and "do the right thing", I became an engineer. Later when facing a dark-night of the soul, having lost my faith, and watched my father-in-law die of cancer before reaching even retirement I made the accidental discovery that I had the power to integrate my spiritual life and my work life in a way that would allow me to financially support my family and make a positive impact on my work community and beyond.

In order to do that, I needed a deep connection to my soul, a conscious understanding of who I was becoming, and then I could use those factors to guide how I show up in my work and in my relationships.

That change made huge shifts in my life: I became actively engaged in my job, started to grow as a leader, created my ideal job within the company, and then left the company to support my wife fulfill her dream of operating an apple orchard.

Now, I incorporate my spiritual heart, my engineering mindset, and the experience of running businesses to help others build and run spiritually fulfilling businesses that enable people to live a meaningful life.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, incorporating tools from coaching, positive psychology, and philosophy into my practice. I also do Tarot readings for fun.
