Pants are 28" waist hip is 42" inseam is 29" , bell is 10", blue lamee on the front of the legs fringe down the side. the fabric is light weight vintage cloth. The pants have Western belt loops. We shop fast free and plastic free. Its kinda delicate . Wash by hand roll up in a towel. Has the most beautiful glass vtg buttons .
